Service Activation Policy (Digital Delivery)

Because ShearIQ is a SaaS (software-as-a-service) product, “delivery” means when your subscription access is activated and available in the app.

1) What you receive

When you purchase ShearIQ, you receive access to:

  • the app features included in your selected plan, and
  • the subscription period shown at checkout.

2) Activation timeframe

  • New subscriptions: access is typically activated immediately after successful payment (usually within a few minutes).
  • Renewals: access continues automatically at the start of each new billing period unless cancelled.
  • Upgrades/downgrades: changes take effect [immediately / next billing cycle] as shown at checkout.

3) Confirmation

We provide confirmation by:

  • on-screen confirmation at checkout, and/or
  • an email receipt/confirmation to your account email address.

4) If activation is delayed

If your access does not activate as expected:

  • contact [support@sheariq.co.nz] with your account email and proof of purchase, and
  • we will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as reasonably possible.

If we cannot activate the service within a reasonable timeframe due to an issue on our side, you may request a refund for the affected purchase.
